Virginia Estates Referral Agreement

Terms:

1. Virginia Estates agrees to advertise the Property on applicable websites owned by Virginia Estates. Virginia Estates also agrees to send the Seller, and Selling Company if applicable, the Referrals received regarding the Property.
  
  ___ (a) The Seller agrees to pay Virginia Estates the Referral Fee if:
  Virginia Estates sent the Seller the Referral while this contract is valid and the Referral purchases the Property within 1 year of the Referral being received. The Seller also agrees to send the Referral Fee to Virginia Estates via check or wire within 10 days of settlement.
  – or –
  ___ (b) The Selling Company agrees to pay Virginia Estates if:
  Virginia Estates sent the Seller the Referral while this contract is valid & the Referral purchases the Property within 1 year of the Referral being received with the Selling Company’s representation. The Selling Company also agrees to send the Referral Fee to Virginia Estates via check or wire within 10 days of settlement.

**Yes, I acknowledge that either I, the Seller, or the Selling Firm representing my property, will be responsible for a Referral Fee equal to 1% of the sale price of my property if a Referral from Virginia Estates results in the sale of the property. If my property is located in Virginia, North Carolina or Maryland, I understand that my property will be advertised free of charge and that Virginia Estates will represent any potential buyers who contact us in reference to my property.

Note: The Referral fee will be paid in addition to any other fees due and agreed upon to anyone else outside of this transaction unless otherwise noted.
